Who we are

SPGD is owned and operated by Sara Hodder. She is an experienced gardener with over 15 years of growing both food and flowers under her belt. Sara has a true passion for growing food and flowers and has learned many important elements to consider when growing here in NL.

Sara’s work experience in both clothing design and interior design will shine in garden design, as she has an excellent understanding of shape, color theory, texture and how to create beautiful spaces. She also brings carpentry know-how to the business, as an experienced carpentry apprentice who continues to build extensively for her home and for her many existing clients.

Sara believes that growing your own food is critical. She is a little obsessed with gardening and is keen to share her passion with others!
